This site has two interesting articles recently. The first is about the Role of the State in Corporate Governance in connections by Alissa Amico. This one talks about recent corporate governance scandals involving the Italian oil company Eni, the Franco-Japanese auto alliance Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, and the Canadian construction giant SNC-Lavalin. It is all about SOEs.
The second article is about Four Behavioral Biases by Peter M.J. Gross. This includes an hour long video on this subject.
